ALLEN COUNTY—One person died in an accident just after 10p.m. Saturday in Allen County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Harley-Davidson driven by Barry D Maley, 68, Moran, was westbound on Delaware Road approaching U.S. 59 just west of Elsmore. The motorcycle struck a a deer and crashed.
Maley, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
