RAWLINS COUNTY —One person died in an accident just before 11:30p.m. Thursday in Rawlins County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Pontiac Vibe driven by Kenneth D. Most, 63, Ludell, was northbound on Goodin Street just past County Road 26 three miles north of U.S. 36.
The car left the roadway to the left, slid sideways into a ditch and rolled.
Most was pronounced dead at the scene and was transported to Baalmann's Mortuary. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
