SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a fatal weekend accident and have identified the victim as 18-year-old Kylie M. Love of Rose Hill, according to Sgt. Tim Myers.

Just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday, deputies were dispatched to the vehicle accident in the area of 15300 E. 71st Street South.

Deputies discovered a green 1999 Toyota Camry at that location.  Investigators determined the car driven by Love was westbound on 71st Street South, traveled off the road, hit a culvert to a residential drive, and then struck a tree.

Love was pronounced deceased at 3:02 a.m., according to Myers.

EMS transported the only occupant Ethan Mohr, 17, Derby, to Wesley Hospital. Deputies reported no additional details.
