Front Door utilities office closes due to COVID-19

From the City of Great Bend...

Effective at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, the Front Door utilities office is closed due to a positive Covid exposure. The Front Door will reopen Monday, Dec. 14.

Payments will be received online or at one of the drop box locations (10th Street Dillon’s, City Hall, and the Front Door). Late payment penalties and utility shut offs will be discontinued until Feb. 1, 2021. 

There will be no new meeting room rentals booked during this time.  However, the scheduled rentals need to call City Hall at 793-4111 to make special arrangements.

  4. Utility payments may be made via the On-line Bill Pay, Drop Boxes located at the Front Door, City Office or Dillon’s on west 10th Street or by Auto-Bank drafts.
