KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas City, Missouri, Mayor Quinton Lucas held a noon&nbsp; news conference Thursday to announce and provide further details on the extension of his stay-at-home order to Friday, May 15.

This order was previously scheduled to expire next Friday, April 24. Lucas said his decision came after health officials from the 9 county metro in Kansas and Missouri made the recommendation Wednesday.
