SEDGWICK COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating an aggravated robbery.

Just before 1:30p.m. Tuesday police responded to report of a robbery at a home in the 2500 Block of west Wildwood in Wichita, according to officer Charley Davidson.

The suspects were reported in a silver Chevy Equinox. Police located the vehicle at Pawnee and Broadway and attempted a traffic stop. The driver refused to stop and a short pursuit began. The suspects fled the vehicle in the 2600 Block of South Minnesota. A backpack containing marijuana was thrown from the vehicle.

Police located all three suspects and arrested 20-year-old Darius Jackson, 19-year-old Jaylin Young and 23-year-old Devontice Joe all of Wichita. They also recovered a pellet gun near the vehicle.

It is believed the robbery occurred over a drug transaction at the residence West Wildwood. The suspects reportedly entered the home, showed a handgun and demanded property and money, according to Davidson.
