SEDGWICK COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities investigating a shooting that occurred in Wichita's Old Town on October 29, have made their case on charges against 21-year-old Jamarcus C. Vaughn to the Sedgwick County District Attorney's office.

Just before 11:30a.m. November 7,  police located Vaughn and attempted to stop him during a traffic stop, according to Officer Kris Gupilan.
