WICHITA, Kan.&nbsp;— A Kansas teen will learn his fate Tuesday for the death of his 3-week-old daughter.

&nbsp;Zachariah Howard, 19, of Wichita, is scheduled for sentencing hearing before Judge Jeffrey Goering, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney's office.

In May, Howard pleaded no contest to second-degree murder in connection with the death of his 3-week-old daughter&nbsp;Mulani Howard, according to the district attorney's office.

The charge stems from an incident that was reported on Sept. 18, 2025, in Wichita. The case was investigated by the Wichita Police Department.
