KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement are investigating a fatal shooting in Kansas City have identified the victim as 43-year-old Willie L. Judon III, according to KCKPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez.
Just before 11:45p.m. Wednesday, police were dispatched to a shooting in 4000 block of Norton, according to Sheriff Daryl Forte'.
Officers located two adult shooting victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Judon was on the porch of a home and pronounced dead at scene. EMS transported a female victim to an area hospital
Detectives continue investigating what led up to shots being fired. There is not currently anyone in custody and detectives are working on identifying a person of interest.
