On social media Saturday afternoon, Trooper Ben Gardner sent a big thank you to Trooper R. Davis for ensuring safety with a crucial traffic stop. Davis stopped a motorist for driving 119mph in a 75 zone on Interstate 70 eastbound in Dickinson County.&nbsp; The total fine for the speeding violatio is $513, according to Gardner.
