Sheriff: Kan. man arrested on the way to sell drugs

JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged drug distribution.

On Friday, a sheriff's deputy stopped a Pontiac Bonneville in the entrance of the Prairie Band Casino for allegedly committing traffic infractions, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

Deputies located substances in the vehicle believed to be methamphetamine and ecstasy.

It’s alleged that the driver identified as Levi Eisenbarth was in route to make an illegal drug transaction.

Deputies booked Eisenbarth into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges that include distribute methamphetamine, distribute ecstasy, no drug tax stamp and for using a telecommunications facility; in the commission of a felony drug violation.
