KANSAS CITY—Authorities investigating the drowning death of a two-year old at home near Kansas City have identified the child Carson Bryant-Ferrantell.
Just before noon June 28, deputies were dispatched to a home in the 38600 block of E. Parrent Road, Oak Grove, according to Jackson County Sheriff Daryl Forte'. First responders found the toddler had drowned.
The sheriff's office released no additional details.
