On Feb. 23, Tina Creamer appeared in Barton County District Court on allegations that she had violated her probation. At a hearing on the matter, Barton County Attorney Levi Morris presented evidence that Cream had committed new crimes while on probation and asked the court to revoke her probation.
After hearing evidence, District Court Judge Carey Hipp revoked Creamer’s probation in Barton County and ordered her to serve her underlying sentences of 108 months for both cases.

On Feb. 23, Calvin Hinz appeared in Barton County District Court on allegations that he violated his probation. At a hearing on the matter, Assistant Barton County Attorney Doug Matthews presented evidence that Hinz had committed new crimes while on probation and asked the court to revoke his probation.
After hearing evidence, District Court Judge Carey Hipp revoked Hinz’ probation and ordered him to serve his underlying sentences of 24 months months.
