4. Police Station Bond Issuance Ordinance
The governing body will need to pass an ordinance authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds for the new police station. Bids will be accepted until 11 a.m. on Dec. 6.
5. Police Station Bond Details Resolution
The governing body will need to pass a resolution authorizing the form and details of the general obligation bonds.

7. Master Fee Schedule
The city's executive team desires to implement an annual review of all fees that the city charges to ensure that they remain current and relevant.
8. Senior Center Bathroom Remodel
Great Bend advertised for bids to remodel the bathrooms in the city-owned building that houses the Great Bend Senior Center to make them ADA compliant. The city received one bid from Brentwood Builders in the amount of $58,456.
9. Executive Session
The governing body would like to recess to executive session to discuss an individual employee's performance pursuant to nonelected personnel.
ADJOURNMENT
Following the meeting, the city council will conduct a work session to discuss public safety retirement.
