4. Sale of Remaining lots in the Amber Meadows RHID District
Keller Real Estate & Insurance Agency has asked to purchase the remaining RHID lots on Prairie Rose Dr. under the same terms as used in prior sales.
5. Police Vehicle
The police department budgeted funds for a K-9 vehicle for fiscal year 2022. A motion to approve the purchase of a used vehicle from the Kansas Highway Patrol for $28,450.
6. Public Safety Retirement
Following the city council's decision to create a new 401a profit-sharing retirement plan for public safety personnel, a mayoral committee was appointed to develop the specific plan details. The committee recommends approving the plan.
ADJOURNMENT
Following the meeting, the city council will meet for a work session to discuss the new police building.
