KANSAS CITY—Law enforcement investigating a Memorial Day morning homicide in Kansas City have identified the victim as 65-year-old Randy R. Zeller, according to KCPD Officer Alayna Gonzalez.
Just after 7a.m. Monday, police responded to an EMS call near the 2500 block of College Avenue, according to Gonzalez.
When officers arrived, they observed Zeller lying in the street suffering from unknown bodily trauma and unresponsive. EMS responded and declared the man deceased at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding this incident are still unknown and no one is in custody.
