The Kansas Highway Patrol is requesting the public’s help with information about a fatality crash that occurred on August 12, 2026, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. on northbound US-69 just south of 159th Street in Johnson County, Kansas.
The crash involved a gold 2007 Kia Optima passenger vehicle and a silver 2021 Honda Accord passenger vehicle. The Kia collided with the Honda before overturning into the median.
