FINNEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged sex ctimes.
On Monday, police responded to St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City for a reported rape, according to a media release.
Through the investigation, it was learned that 50-year-old Willie Clay, Jr., allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted the victim at his residence earlier that day.
Police arrested Clay at the Finney County Law Enforcement Center. He is being held in the Finney County Jail on requested charges of Rape and Aggravated Criminal Sodomy.
