RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating another scam in Riley County.
Just before 1p.m. Tuesday, officers filed a report of fraud in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 38-year-old man reported he withdrew $4,000 from his bank and deposited it into a CoinStar machine in a scam that involved an unknown subject posing as a lieutenant from Riley County Police Department.
