ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new accusations after an arrest.

On Tuesday police arrested 39-year-old Nicholas L. Ruby of Leavenworth on requested charges of&nbsp; criminal threat in the 1300 block U.S.73 Highway, according to Police Cheif Mike Wilson.

Ruby has previous convictions over the past twenty years that include theft, battery, aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and obstruction, according to the Kansas Department Corrections.
