JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating the death of a baby.
On Tuesday night, Kansas City police were dispatched on a medical call in the 7500 Block of E. 75th Street, according to Jackson County Sheriff Daryl Forte'. First responders were told a 3-month old was bleeding and possibly deceased. The child was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Sheriff Forte'.
A suspicious death is investigation underway. Authorities released no additional details on Wednesday.
