JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. –Law enforcement authorities are investigating two woman on multiple allegations after a traffic stop.
Just after 8:30p.m. March 9, a Deputy Sheriff conducted a traffic stop on a passenger car for a traffic infraction on U.S. Highway 75 in southern Jackson County, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
The driver, Carol Ann Frison, 65, of Topeka, was arrested on a requested charge of driving while habitual violator. The passenger, Brenda Ann Crocker, 60, of Topeka, was arrested on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony interference with law enforcement and trafficking contraband into a correctional facility. Both subjects were booked into the Jackson County Jail.
